2019/2018 - SINEAD LUCEY

These still life/abstractions developed throughout 2018 and 2019 and are an exploration of space in close proximity. Begun by working from life, they end up being an exploration of processes of painting and of shallow space. They are meditative and long to make. They tend to come out in the Winter. A selection of these paintings were exhibited the Summer Group Show at Hillsboro Fine Art Gallery, Dublin
